Duck eggs are high in Omega 3 fatty acids, which are essential for health and anti-inflammatory. Our bodies do not produce Omega 3 fatty acids and it must be obtained from food.
In addition, duck eggs are high in albumen making them great for baking pastries as well as a fluffier omelet.
